We provide a free, no-obligation home-valuation tool and direct cash offer service for homeowners in the greater St. Louis area. Submitting your property information does not create a binding agreement to sell; a firm offer is only made after a walkthrough and mutual agreement on terms.

SMS text message program

By providing your phone number and submitting our form, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from World Homes Realty LLC related to your property estimate, cash offer, walkthrough scheduling, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies based on your engagement (typically 1–4 messages per week). Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

• Opt-in: You opt in by submitting your phone number through our online calculator and confirming your request.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message to cancel at any time. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier disclaimer

World Homes Realty LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers do not guarantee message delivery. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS outside of the direct follow-up related to your property inquiry.

Estimates & offers

The instant estimate provided by our calculator is an approximation based on the information you provide and publicly available data. It is not a binding offer. A firm cash offer is issued only after a walkthrough and is subject to title review, verification of property condition, and mutual agreement.

Limitation of liability
